UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 12, 2017. The average monthly rent of studio apartments in Yekaterinburg amounted to 14,834 RUR in the first half of 2017, which was 6.4% below the figures for one year previously, Mir Kvartir’s research findings indicate.

At the same time, the rental price of a one-bedroom apartment rose by 6.6%, up to 22,516 RUR, a month, while that of a two-bedroom home went up by 3.3% (up to 36,119 RUR a month).
