Your accomplishments at work and in combat as well as your artistic attempts make a direct impact on this country’s development and will benefit the society for many years and decades to come. You are the kind of people who feel the zeitgeist, are often ahead of their time, and lead the others to follow them. This is how all the good new and advanced things come into being, this what a pioneer’s glory is all about,’ Putin said.
