ChTPZ Group Shares Dual Education Experience

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, April 19, 2017. The 1st all-Russian research-to-practice conference on the standards, technologies, and best practices in dual education was held in Moscow during the International Education Show. The conference was coordinated by ChTPZ Group, the International Association for Corporate Education (MAKO), and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI).
The Group’s PR Department reports the three days of the conference comprised some twenty discussion sessions, methodology workshops, and master classes. Over six hundred people took part in the event’s business agenda-related events.
Government officials, educational establishment representatives, and business community members talked about practice-focused approach to blue-collar cadre training, looked into other countries’ dual education experience, and set out the ways of further cooperation.
ChTPZ Group’s representatives shared their experience in personnel training within the framework of their Future of White Metallurgy Corporate Training Program. During a plenary sessions, the Group made a presentation of their Dual Education Standard, with requirements for the secondary vocational education ranging from methodological reference books to organization of internships to quality control to job counseling.
