EVRAZ KGOK Ships Pellets to Slovakia

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, April 18, 2017. EVRAZ Holding’s Kachkanar Ore Mining & Processing Enterprise (KGOK) recently supplied some pellets to Slovakia, EVRAZ Holding Ural’s Corporate Relations Center reports.
The order was placed by the country’s largest metallurgical enterprise U. S. Steel Košice. The shipment amounted to 10,000,000 kg of pellets.
‘The pellets meet the chemical composition and physical property requirements set out by the customer. The iron content comes to over 60%, and its great strength and homogeneity parameters ensure good quality metal output. KGOK pellets got tested by Moscow-based ANSERTEKO, a center for analytics, certification, and the environment,’ the press service says.
In addition to European customers, KGOK produce is also popular with companies based in Turkey and China. The company exported over 60,000,000 kg of pellets in the first quarter of 2017.
