Alexei Merzlyakov Appointed UBRD Marketing Director

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, April 7, 2017. Alexei Merzlyakov was recently appointed the Ural Bank for Reconstruction & Development’s Marketing Director, the bank’s press service reports.
Merzlyakov will be in charge of developing the bank’s marketing strategy, promoting its products and services, and shaping the bank’s market position.
Prior to this appointment, Merzlyakov worked as Business Analytics Director at the telecommunications provider MegaFon’s head office in 2014-2017. He was responsible for efficiency management, strategic planning, and customer analytics.
Merzlyakov was employed in managerial positions at MegaFon, one of Russia’s leading providers, for over a decade. He was appointed Marketing Director in MegaFon Samara in 2006, CFO in 2009, and Marketing Director in MegaFon Siberia in 2010. He joined the company’s head office in Moscow in 2014.
Merzlyakov graduated from Samara State Aerospace University with a degree in Aircraft Engines.
