ChTPZ BOD Approves Accounting Report

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, March 31, 2017. Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant (ChTPZ) Board of Directors approved of the plant’s annual accounting report and the annual report for 2016 at their meeting on March 27, 2017, the company press service reports.
The BOD members suggested that the shareholders approve of the company’s revised Charter and other internal regulation documents and vote for the distribution of last year’s dividends in the course of the upcoming AGM.
The BOD also decided on the list of candidates to get elected on the new Board during the annual general meeting. All of the candidates are currently BOD members: Alexander Fedorov, Oleg Kisselev, Andrei Komarov, Oleg Kustikov, Dina Mikryukova, Oleg Seleznev, and Sergey Yankovsky.
The annual general meeting will take place in Chelyabinsk on April 27, 2017.
