The new special offer was launched in February: you can now buy a parking slot 14 to 52 m2 big and pay in installments throughout the period of nine to sixty months. Monthly payments start from 5,000 RUR, the down payment starts from 30,000 RUR. If you pay 100% of the amount at once, you can enjoy a discount (50,000 RUR and up).
‘Locals obviously take an interest in the option of paying in installments, without the need to take out a loan at the bank,’ RSG-Akademicheskoye’s press service says.
