Kortros Group (formerly known as Renova StroyGroup) is now among Russia’s top twenty housing developers in terms of the amount of housing commissioned last year, the company press service refers to the National Housing Developers’ Union (NOZA) data as indicating.

Kortros Group got 237,000 m2 of new housing commissioned throughout Russia last year, which was over 50,000 m2 more than one year previously.

Most of the new apartment buildings were put up in Akademicheskiy District in Yekaterinburg and in Prima Park in Scherbinka, Moscow Region, Bogorodsky, Schelkovo, Moscow Region, and Zarechnaya Sloboda, Ivanteyevka, Moscow Region. The company also put up some new housing in ASTRA, Perm, and Yablonevy Posad in Yaroslavl.

We expect this upward trend to continue in the coming years,’ says Kortros Group’s Director-General Stanislav Kisselev.
