UrBC, Yekaterinburg, February 9, 2017. The South-Urals based Thai boxer Khayal Dzhaniyev is going to perform at a gala boxing, Thai boxing, and mixed martial arts championship at Tractor Arena in Chelyabinsk on February 18, Russian Copper Company’s press service reports.
The program of the show (scheduled around Defender of the Fatherland’s Day) covers two Muay Thai fights.
‘Thai boxing fans are in for a game featuring the world star and one of the best nationally and globally known Thai boxing professionals Khayal Dzhaniyev, who comes from the South Urals. He last performed at his home stadium during For Russia! Martial Arts Festival in the summer of 2015. He entered the arena spectacularly aboard a camel (the city’s totem animal) back then,’ the company press service says.
Europe’s WBC champion with thirty successful fights (12 knock-outs) and four defeats, the twenty-three-year-old Dzhaniyev is going to fight with Jean Beausejour, WMC Muay Thai Champion 2013. The two sports players will compete in the super welterweight category.
