‘Our adopted strategy is based on several key development components: improvements in our management system; increase in sales; leadership in innovation and military and transport machine-building, with at least a 75% share of innovative goods in the company’s overall output; new partnerships in R&D, production, and sales; improvements in operational efficiency; increase in labor productivity comparable with the best Russian practices,’ the press service says.
The strategy implementation process will be three-fold: 2017-2018, 2019-2021, and 2022-2025, so as to reach the target figure of some 300bn RUR in revenues, a 19.7% EBITDA, and 24.5bn RUR in net profit by 2025.
