Over a hundred forum participants, all of them WorldSkills winners, were to find a solution to a simulated business case proposed by the Group.
The task was to develop and present a project on how to make the Group’s Future of White Metallurgy Corporate Training Program alumni and their mentors from the Group’s Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant more involved.
‘The Group’s current goal is to keep the experienced workers enthusiastic about their work and about sharing their expertise as well as to support young talents from among the program alumni. To find the best solution to this challenge and to make sure the young generation’s opinion is taken into account, we offered this case to the Hi Tech Harvest participants,’ says ChTPZ Group’s HR Director Svetlana Kuzminykh.
