Ural Vagon Zavod Workers Get State Awards

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 1, 2016. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree to award five employees of Ural Vagon Zavod Corporation’s head plant, the company press service reports.
The plant’s Transport Director Sergei Oskin received the Order of Friendship for his ‘professional achievements, proactive social policy efforts, and long-standing performance.’ Miller from the plant’s Stamping Department Evgeny Groshev, repair mechanic from Assembly Department 5 Lev Zudov, tinker from Joints Department 2 Vasily Ivanov, and repair mechanic from Assembly Department Anatoly Nikulin were given the For Merit to the Fatherland medals for their ‘special contribution to Russian machine-building industry’s development and protection of their home country and supporting the country’s defense capacity.’
