UrBC, Yekaterinburg, October 21, 2016. Starting today, Ural Airlines mobile app users can also enjoy the benefits of Apple Pay, the air carrier’s press service reports.
‘Apple Pay is an easy, safe, and personalized way of payment that completely changes mobile payment standards with its speed and convenience,’ the press service says.
Apple Watch and iPhone 6 (or later versions) owners who have Ural Airlines app installed on their devices can now pay for their shopping in just one tap. The airline plans to introduce this technology at other online resources in the future.
‘Apple Pay makes app and online shopping very easy, as placing your finger on TouchID is all it takes. There is no need to fill in your contact details or specify terms of delivery or invoice details.
If you use a mobile app or a website opened in Safari, Apple Pay will work for iPhone 6 and its later versions, iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3, and their later versions, and any Mac computer that was made after 2011 and has macOS Sierra installed on it; payments can get confirmed from your iPhone 6 (or a newer make) or directly from Apple Watch,’ the press service explains.
Apple Pay was introduced in Russia on October 4.
