MMK Managers Prove Country’s Best

UrBC, Chelyabinsk, October 5, 2016. The Association of Russia’s Managers and Kommersant Publishing House presented their 17th annual rating of Top 1000 Russian Managers.

Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) Chair of the BOD Viktor Rashnikov was featured in the Business Leaders rating among the country’s leading business people and heads of strategically important enterprises as usual. MMK Director-General Pavel Shilyayev was among the top three managers in the metallurgical and ore mining industry in the Top 250 Top Managers rating.

There are also separate ratings for heads of departments, where MMK representatives also scored high. Former MMK Deputy Director-General for Finance & Economy Sergei Sulimov was featured among the best financial directors in the metallurgical sector; MMK Deputy Director-General for Sales Nikolai Lyadov was among the best marketing directors; MMK Deputy Director-General for Commerce Sergei Ushakov was among the best commercial directors in the metallurgical sector; MMK Deputy Director-General for PR Vladimir Ruga was among the best PR and Corporate Governance directors.

Additionally, MMK HR Director Oleg Kiykov and PR Counselor Alexei Buryak were featured among the best GR directors; MMK IT Director Vadim Feoktistov was among the best IT directors, and former MMK Logistics Director Vyacheslav Bobylev was among the best logistics directors.

The Association of Russia’s Managers Rating is a way to give an objective assessment of the country’s top managers’ performance. The rating is based on their work achievements during the year and aims to single out the most professional managers and their industry’s leaders.
