Nizhniy Tagil Hosts 4th EVRAZ Youth Conference

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, October 13, 2016. EVRAZ Holding’s 4th Youth Conference closed in Nizhniy Tagil, EVRAZ Holding Ural’s press office reports.
Scientifically-minded representatives of the holding’s eight member enterprises based in the Urals, Siberia, and Ukraine took part in the event. The four days of the conference were spent handling the contest challenges and drafting improvement proposals for the holding’s technological and repair divisions.
‘It makes me happy to see that our younger workers come up with bold ideas and have the confidence to defend their point. EVRAZ keeps introducing energy-saving technologies and cost-cutting projects, so we need workers with intelligence and initiative to put their ideas forward,’ says EVRAZ NTMK and EVRAZ KGOK Managing Director Alexei Kushnarev.
