Akademichesky Proves Best Area Development Project

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 19, 2016. Yekaterinburg’s Akademichesky District proved Best Area Development Project in the national Pro-Estate Contest, RSG-Akademicheskoye’s press service reports.
The awarding ceremony took place for the first time in the course of the 10th International Pro-Estate Forum.
The Best Area Development Project category was actually the one with the greatest number of contestants, with fifteen-plus developers submitting their applications. Inteko’s Sadovye Kvartaly and LSR’s Tsvetnoy Gorod were also among the finalists alongside Akademichesky.
The forum coordination committee, whose task it was to assess the finalists’ achievements and sustainable development strategies, decided that Kortros’s Akademichesky Project in Yekaterinburg was No.1.
Akademichesky is one of Russia’s and Europe’s largest development projects. Yekaterinburg is, as a matter of fact, growing a new town that offers the best of urban developments and modern technologies as well as a comfortable microclimate.
