1 August 2016 (13:33)
UrBC, Yekaterinburg, August 1, 2016. Over 100,000 m2 of new housing will get commissioned in Yekaterinburg’s Akademichesky District before the end of 2016, RSG-Akademicheskoye Director-General Kisselev said at a press conference.
According to Kisselev, 40,000 m2 have already been commissioned: these are two ‘smart’ six-story apartment buildings with electric power-backed heating supply and heat recovery systems that can get moved in in mid-August. Some of these homes have already been sold.
‘We are planning to get a few more apartment buildings commissioned before the year ends. Some 2,000 families are expected to move in, as our sales are looking very good,’ says RSG-Akademicheskoye Deputy DG for Sales & Marketing Filipp Tretyakov.
