Sverdlovsk Region: 4.2bn RUR More in Taxes

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 29, 2016. Sverdlovsk Region’s tax officers imposed 4.237bn RUR worth of additional taxes upon the local taxpayers in the first half of 2016, Sverdlovsk Region division of Russia’s Federal Tax Service reports.
The extra taxes resulted from on-site and in-house tax audits (3.439bn RUR and 798.1bn RUR worth of payments due, respectively). The money got transferred to Russia’s consolidated budget.
57% of these extra tax payments come from VAT (2.413.9bn RUR, up 29.7% on last year’s figures)., the rest came from private income tax and corporate tax.
