Sinara Development Sells New Homes in Yekaterinburg

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 11, 2016. Sinara Development (a member enterprise of Sinara Group) is now selling new apartments in the condo Solnechny in Yekaterinburg’s Chkalovsky District, the Group’s press service reports.
The developer obtained the construction permit on June 29, 2016. The apartment buildings are expected to be commissioned in the first quarter of 2018 at the latest.
‘The condominium will comprise eleven buildings six to eleven storeys tall with a shared backyard. There will be entrances facing both the backyard and the pedestrian area outside, to protect the inner space from passing cars and strangers and to create a safe play area for children. A spacious parking will be provided outside the yard. Additionally, there will be a surveillance system to control who enters the buildings, and supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and cafes will be conveniently located on the ground floors,’ the press service says.
