30 May 2016 (14:04)

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, May 30, 2016. Tominsky Ore Mining & Processing Enterprise (Tominsky GOK, a member enterprise of Russian Copper Company) is going to appeal against the ruling pronounced by a court of appeals in regard to the prospective construction of a lime
warehouse at the plant, the company press service reports.

Now the company applied to Sosnovsky District Council for a construction permit on July 29, 2015, but the application was turned down.

Upon this, the company management took the case to Chelyabinsk Region’s public prosecution authorities; having considered their complaint, the authorities ruled the council had acted on no legal grounds and had to provide the construction permit as well as face disciplinary liability.

Sosnovsky District Council refused to comply with the demands, so Tominsky went to Chelyabinsk Region Arbitration Court, which court sustained their claim on March 21, 2016. However, the ruling was dismissed by a court of appeals on May 27, 2016.
