UrBC, Yekaterinburg, March 31, 2016. Burevestnik Central Scientific Research Institute (a member enterprise of Ural Vagon Zavod Corporation) offered a guided tour to fourth-year students of R.E. Alekseev Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University.
According to the corporation’s press service, such tours are coordinated for students every year, as the university’s Automation & Mechanics Department and Burevestnik are established and long-time partners.
‘The prospective experts in electronic equipment could take a look at our production departments and machines and learn about the operation and maintenance of power, welding, and thermal equipment. They were shown how electric wiring harnesses and electronic modules are made and got acquainted with the performance of a wire production line and automated test stands,’ the press service says.
This was also a chance for the students to make their possible career choices; in fact, quite a few of NNSTU alumni are already working for Burevestnik.
