Lepse provides accommodation for workers

August 19, 2015. Lepse Director-General Gennady Mamayev gave out keys to new apartments at 10 Lepse St to four of the plant’s employees, Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s press service reports.
Company housing was offered to Oleg Galiulin from the cold pressing department, Svetlana Savelyeva from the zinc- and paint-coating department, engineer Dmitri Zykov, and deputy head of repairs Alexander Minin. All of them have a reputation for their great production performance, professional skills, a contribution to the plant’s social life, and respect their colleagues have for their expertise.
The housing has been distributed among the plant’s young workers through a special selection procedure since 2006. All employees in the under-35 age group who have worked for the plant for at least three years are eligible to apply.
There are now 96 employees living in the apartment buildings provided by the company; 32 children have been born in these new homes so far.
