April 21, 2015. The Key to Success, ChTPZ Group’s motion picture, won the first prize in the first Russian Man of Labor Film Festival, the Group’s press service reports.

The prize was awarded by Plenipotentiary Representative of Russian Federation President in Ural Federal District Igor Kholmanskikh and Russian Federation Hero of Labor Konstantin Chumanov.

The Key to Success is a movie about The Future of White Metallurgy, the Group’s unique educational project implemented in cooperation with Sverdlovsk Region Government and Pervouralsk Metallurgical School.

The movie focuses on the foundation of the company Training Center that now hosts students who train to become highly skilled blue-collar workers in the metallurgical sector; these workers fully meet the modern production requirements as well as adopt and promote the company’s corporate culture, namely, the White Metallurgy.

The movie features ChTPZ Group shareholders, people from the design studio which developed the Training Center’s layout, top managers of the company which supplied the equipment for the labs, members of the local artistic community, and the Center’s teachers and students.
