Yekaterinburg housing prices stop growing, Ural Chamber of Real Estate says

November 20, 2014. Yekaterinburg housing prices stopped growing in September and October 2014, with the average price of a square meter of an existing home coming to 75,584 RUR, Ural Chamber of Real Estate reports.
In early October, the existing home market supply reached its six-year high: 10,100 apartments and more than 1,750 rooms in communal apartments. The new home market supply remains high as well, with 3.3m sq m worth of housing (85% of these dwellings are located in Yekaterinburg, 9% are apartments in apartment buildings in the suburbs, and 6% pertain to lofts and premium class apartments).
