Tatarstan officials and ChTPZ Group consider cooperating

November 18, 2014. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with shareholder and BOD Chairman of ChTPZ Group Alexander Fedorov in Kazan today, the Group’s press service reports.
The meeting was also attended by Tatarstan Vice Premier and Industry Minister Ravil Zaripov, Counselor to President of Tatarstan for Economic Issues Irat Khairullin, Tatarstan’s First Deputy Minister for Education & Science Andrei Pominov, ChTPZ Deputy DG Maxim Ignatiev, and Executive Director of OAO Alnas Sergey Sachenko.
The officials talked about the ways to develop Almetyevsk-based plant Alnas, the asset of Rimera Group (a member enterprise of ChTPZ Group O&G division).
Alexander Fedorov made a report on the company’s performance results over the nine months of 2014 and stressed that the plant’s production output figures had reached a five-year high. Alnas managed to double its electrical submersible pump unit output and raised sales to 315m RUR a month (+40% compared on a year earlier), so it can carry on financing local charity projects.
The company directed some 12m RUR to social projects in Almetyevsk this year, including urban improvements, funding of children’s football school, and Snezhnost charity theater festival.
