Contestants will compete in 11 categories relating to various blue-collar jobs. Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s team members will join contests for four of the skill categories: operation of numerically controlled mills as well as that of NC lathes, CAD graphics, and welding. The contest participants will have to cope with identical tasks within each skill tested, which tasks will get evaluated by 114 respected Russian and international experts. Experienced workers from the competing enterprises will be among those on the panel of judges.
