October 13, 2014. The supply on Yekaterinburg existing homes market has reached a seven-year high, Ural Chamber of Real Estate’s Analytical Agency reports.

There are currently nearly 10,000 apartments and 1,750 rooms in communal apartments available for sale in the Chamber’s database. At the same time, the new homes market supply is rising noticeably. In fact, the record-setting 2.8m sq m worth of new housing are being put up in apartment buildings this year.

As for prices, the median price of a square meter of Yekaterinburg-based housing advertised for sale came to 75,830 RUR on October 6, 2014. This is 4.2% more than in December 2013.
