October 3, 2014. Kamensk Uralsky Foundry Plant (KULZ, a member enterprise of Uralvagonzavod Corporation) increased its product output by 15% in August 2014 compared with a year earlier and by 17.5% compared with the target figures for the month. This came to 125m RUR worth of goods.
According to the corporation’s press service, the revenues stemming from sales of products for the machine-building sector (wheels for aircraft and special-purpose vehicles, braking equipment, and castings) rose by nearly 70m RUR.
‘Labor productivity is one of the factors affecting a company’s economic performance. This indicator went up by 14.7% at KULZ in August 2014 compared with last August. This positive trend has meant the enterprise managed to meet its target production figures for the eight months of 2014 and even exceed those figures. As a result, the median monthly pay rose by 10.5% in August 2014 compared with a year earlier,’ the press service says.
