Over 1,100 of Uralvagonzavod Corporation employees go on holiday to the Crimea

September 3, 2014. Over 1,100 employees of Uralvagonzavod Corporation member enterprises went on holiday to the Crimea this summer. More than 200 workers from the corporation’s head plant will also go to Alushta during the lower season, the corporation’s press service says.

‘For one, employees of Kamensk Uralsky Foundry Plant went to Alushta Resort this summer. The first portion of holidaymakers went there in June, and the last one is expected to arrive at the end of the lower season, that is, in early October,’ the press service explains.

‘Besides, more than 20 employees of Ural Transport Machine-Building Design Office (Nizhniy Tagil), 415 people from Omsktransmash, and 74 workers of Yekaterinburg-based Uraltransmash have already been to Alushta Resort, as have 16 and 60 workers of Chelyabinsk-based Electromachine and ChTZ Uraltrac, respectively, 39 employees of VNIITransmash (Saint Petersburg), 119 employees of Burevestnik Scientific Research Institute (Nizhniy Novgorod), 18 workers of Plant 9 (Yekaterinburg), and many others from the corporation’s other member enterprises. Nearly 500 employees of the corporation’s head plant were also able to enjoy the good things the Crimea has to offer this year.
