August 28, 2014. Uralcryomash (a member enterprise of Uralvagonzavod Scientific & Production Corporation) increased its net profit (calculated in accordance with the Russian Accounting Standards) up to 45.415m RUR in January-June 2014, which was 8.7 times more than in the first half of 2013.
According to the corporation’s press service, this growth was caused by a large order for the 15-157-02 tank car meant for transportation of caustic natron and by the fact that the company finished designing its polymeric container made from composite material and is planning to start producing it on an industrial scale in 2016.
‘Uralcryomash keeps expanding the range of products it offers to customers, so on August 1, 2014, we got our 15-558S-04 tank car certified; this is an improved version of the earlier makes (15-558S-01 and 15-558S-03) meant for transportation of air separation products (nitrogen, oxygen, and argon) under special transportation conditions,’ the company says.
