July 4, 2014. Transport Machine-Building Design Office (KBTM, a member enterprise of Uralvagonzavod Corporation) came third in the 10th industrial Best CSR Enterprise Contest. The competition is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the All-Russian Trade Union of Defense Industry Workeres OBORONPROF, Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s press service reports.

The event was coordinated by the Russian Industry & Trade Ministry’s Weaponry, Munitions, and Special Chemicals Department, the All-Russian NGO Union of Russian Machine-Builders, and the All-Russian Trade Union of Defense Industry Workers’ Central Committee.

The contest was targeted at improving the ways in which trade unions, employers, national and local authorities cooperate in the corporate social responsibility sector and in which they regulate the labor-social relations and improve the efficiency of collective agreements.
