Kamenskoye wins award at Dairy Foods & Ice Cream Quality Festival

May 29, 2014. Kamenskoye dairy farm (a member enterprise of Sinara Group) won a diploma in the 14th annual Dairy Foods & Ice Cream Quality Festival. Following an anonymous tasting procedure, the milk produce by this farm was awarded the 1st degree diploma among pasteurized drinking milk varieties. The best agricultural enterprises of Sverdlovsk Region competed for the victory in this key category, Sinara Group’s PR Center reports.
The board of jurors comprised representatives of agricultural ministries and departments, dairy food quality testing laboratories, and experts from the Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Consumer Protection Center. All in all, some 80 samples of dairy products were presented at the contest. Their quality was assessed against such criteria as texture, color, taste, smell, and the way the product looks.
