Uralvagonzavod to take part in DSA 2014 in Kuala Lumpur

April 16, 2014. The 14th international arms and military vehicles exhibition called DSA 2014 opened in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Uralvagonzavod Scientific & Production Corporation is taking part in the event.

‘The corporation displays the samples of its new products designed by its various member enterprises at the stand, including Terminator, the T90C tanks, the upgraded T72, and BREM-1M made at Nizhniy Tagil-based Uralvagonzavod, TOC-1A made at Omsk-based KBTM, the noiseless 82-mm 2B25 mortar made at Nizhniy Novgorod-based Burevestnik, and some other products. Terminator-2 was presented as a small-scale radio-controlled model that is fully identical to the life-size thing,’ the corporation’s press service reports.

Uralvagonzavod’s stand was visited by representatives of the People’s Republic of China’s General Staff representatives, representatives of defense ministries of Egypt, Malaysia, and India, and members of Canadian and German industrial communities. Russia’s Ambassador to Malaysia Lyudmila Vorobieva and Azerbaijan’s Defense Minister Yaver Dzhamalov also paid a visit to the stand.
