Uralelectromed stakeholders approve of UMMC Holding taking out a loan from Sberbank

April 4, 2014. The shareholders of Uralelectromed approved of UMMC Holding taking out a $1bn loan from Sberbank of Russia, the issuer's official statement says.
Uralelectromed is going to act as the guarantor of the deal that will entitle UMMC holding to a renewable CL from Sberbank between February 10, 2014 and August 10, 2015.
Under the terms of the deal, the bank offers funds to finance the company's operating activity, including, but not limited to, paying off loans offered to the company by Gazprombank, Alfa Bank, VTB, and Rosselkhozbank.
