April 4, 2014. Transport Machine-Building Design Office (KBTM, a member enterprise of Uralvagonzavod Corporation) is taking part in the 10th Best Enterprise in Social Partnership System Contest that is held among machine-building enterprises and is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the All-Russian Union of Defense Industry Workers (OBORONPROF).

According to the corporation's press service, the event was coordinated by the Russian Federation Ministry for Industry & Trade's Conventional Weaponry, Ammunition & Special Purpose Chemicals Department, the All-Russian Union of Russian Machine-Builders, and the Central Committee of the All-Russian Union of Defense Industry Workers.

The contest was held with a view of improving the social partnership/social-labor relationship schemes of trade unions, employers, and national and local governments, and of enhancing the efficiency of collective agreements.

'KBTM meets all the contest criteria: the company complies with all the procedures that keep the social-labor relationship functional, practices collective negotiations and signs collective agreements as well as makes sure the collective agreements are complied with in accordance with Russia's Labor Code.' the corporation's press service says.
