Sinara Transport Machines completes transaction on purchase of controlling shareholding in Kalugaputmash

March 19, 2014. Sinara Transport Machines (STM, a divisional holding of Sinara Group) completed its transaction with TransFinGroup Management Company (which acted as the trustee of Blagosostotyaniye Non-State Retirement Fund in the purchase of the controlling shareholding in Kalugaputmash, a track machine and hydraulic drive plant). As a result, STM now owns 86.61% of the plant’s ordinary registered shares, Sinara Group’s PR Center reports.

Besides, Kalugaputmash BOD appointed Andrei Antropov the company Director-General.

Also, Governor of Kaluga Region Andrei Artamonov visited the plant on March 18. The visit also involved Sinara Group President Dmitri Pumpyanski and the management of Russian Railways.

April 14, 2014. Governor of Kaluga Region Anatoly Artamonov paid a visit to Kalugaputmash, a track machine and hydraulic power drive plant and a member of Sinara Transport Machines Holding, on April 9, 2014. The enterprise housed a meeting on the development of railway machine-building in the area, the holding’s press service reports. Kalugaputmash Makes Goods for Cuban Rail

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 24, 2016. Sinara Transport Machines’ Kalugaputmash started making new UGP1200TV1 hydraulic drives in November, Sinara Group’s press service reports. The new equipment was designed at the plant for upgraded TGM8KM locos made at Sinara Transport Machines’ Lyudinovsky Locomotive Plant for Ferrocarriles de Cuba. STM signs cooperation agreement with Kaluga Region
