18 March 2014 (09:35)

March 18, 2014. Ural Airlines is launching a new daily flight from Moscow to Kaliningrad on April 27, 2014. One can now travel from the Russian capital to Kaliningrad in the morning (the departure time for Flight U6 371 is 8 AM, the arrival time is 9 AM). The return flight U6 372 from Kaliningrad to Moscow is offered in the mornings as well: the departure time is 9 50 AM, the arrival time is 12 45 PM. This means passengers can now be more flexible in planning their business trips and manage their time more efficiently. Besides, Ural Airlines customers can always use the air carrier’s connecting flights in Moscow to fly to other Russian cities and destinations in the CIS and Europe, the airline’s press service reports.

‘People arrive in Russia’s westernmost city to enjoy the view of Konigsberg Cathedral, look at the ancient fortresses, and buy goods and souvenirs made of amber. It should also be noted that Kaliningrad has been proclaimed one of Russia’s most beautiful and business-friendly cities a number of times,’ the company says.

Flights to Ural Airlines’ new destination will be operated daily using the comfortable Airbus liners that have both the economy and the business class sections. Starting from May 30, 2014, this Moscow-Kaliningrad flight will be operated six times a week (with the exception of Saturdays). Ural Airlines are currently offering one weekly flight U6 167/168 Moscow-Kaliningrad. This flight will remain on the schedule and will be operated within the currently offered time slots.

Tickets for the new flight are already available for sale. For more information, go to the company website www.uralairlines.com or call 8-800-200-262.
