Alexander Borshchevsky appointed TMK INOKS DG

March 14, 2014. Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) reports Alexander Borshchevsky, former Deputy Director-General for Economics & Finance of TMK INOKS, was appointed DG on March 12.

'Former DG TNK INOKS Leonid Marchenko resigned under both parties' cordial agreement. The decision to appoint Alexander Borshchevsky was taken at the meeting of TMK INOKS Board of Directors,' TMK press service reports.

Alexander Borshchevsky was born in 1975. He mainly worked at Sinara Pipe Plant (SinTZ) and its subdivisions. Starting from 1998, he worked at the plant's Central Lab, at SinTZ Trading House (as a manager, as the Deputy Financial Director, and as the Head of Economic Department. He was Head of Sinara Pipe Plant's Economic Planning Department in 2001-2007 and Deputy Director for Economics & Finance of Mechanical & Foundry Plant in 2008-2009. He transferred to TMK-INOKS in 2010.

TMK-INOKS is registered in Kamensk-Uralsky and in Moscow. This is a joint venture run by TMK and ROSNANO State Corporation that was set up in 2009. The enterprise manufactures cold- and hot-rolled pipes and welded pipes from stainless steels and alloys for the fuel and energy complex, for the nuclear and defense industry, and for machine-building, petrochemical, and food enterprises.
