March 03, 2014. Pervouralsk School 1 was given a plasma screen by ChTPZ Group’s the Future of White Metallurgy Training Center for job counseling offered to their school-leavers. Thanks to the school management’s efforts, 22 students joined the Future of White Metallurgy program, the enterprise’s press service reports.

‘Our graduates got full information on the unique opportunities the Training Center offers. The project, known as The Future of White Metallurgy, is estimated by experts as the best case of effective blue-collar skills training program. Our teachers and the teachers from the Training Center could talk about the unique chance for our school-leavers to get up-to-date education, and our own large plasma screen is necessary for broadcasting our school TV channel programs,’ says the school principal Olga Sokolnikova.

‘ChTPZ Group set up an unprecedented educational center that has no counterparts in Russia at the moment. This is a great opportunity for young people from Pervouralsk, Sverdlovsk Region, and neighboring federal constituencies to get good quality education and a qualification that enjoys demand on the market. Thanks to cooperating actively with the teachers from School 1 in terms of job counseling, we were able to show the school-leavers the prospects our Training Center opens up for them. The student enrolment was the highest in this school. This year, we are prepared to keep on cooperating with the schools of Pervouralsk,’ says the Training Center’s Deputy Director Mikhail Larionov.
