January 17, 2014. Sinara Development (a member of Sinara Group) put up the first section of an apartment building called Kometa in Bebel St in Yekaterimburg. The section was commissioned three months ahead of schedule, the commissioning permit was obtained in late December 2013, the company's press service reports.

'The 14-storey section with an office for the condominium staff is the first part of this three-section, multi-storey building called Kometa. In January, the developers handed over the apartments to 80 families. The first (and the highest) section was supposed to be commissioned only in the coming spring, but the holding's management decided to make its customers a New Year present of keys from their new homes. When this apartment building in Bebel St was designed, special attention was paid to the quality of layout solutions to make sure they meet the modern layout standards and ensure functionality and comfort within moderate space. The new home owners will move in apartments with all the amenities and finished interior as well as doors made of fortified materials, good interior doors, plastic window frames, bathroom fixtures, and water and electricity meters. The rooms are finished with durable laminated floors and wallpaper,' the press service says.

One of the interesting architectural features of the building is the availability of the so-called studio apartments. These compact apartments with the area of 30 to 35 square meters can be used a single space (kitchen/bedroom) or two different spaces thanks to a movable partition. Both the window and the kitchen have their own windows.

At the moment, only two such studios with the area of 35 square meters are available for sale on special terms.

'The demand for apartments in this building proved quite high: nearly all the apartments were sold at the construction stage. The commissioning of the other two sections is scheduled for the spring of 2014, the total area of all the apartments will come to some 10,500 square meters,' says Sinara Development Commercial Director Yuri Moiseyenko.
