December 24, 2013. Yekaterinburg Electrical Network Company got a certificate that proves the company’s quality management system complies with the international ISO 9001:2008 standard on December 20, 2013, the company’ press service reports.

The certificate was issued after the electrical network company had been inspected by a board of external auditors from an independent certification authority. For one, the auditors looked into all the procedures relating to the technological hookup and came to the conclusion that these procedures meet the legal requirements and the company’s internal regulations. This means the company also proved the value of he certificate that it was given in 2011.

Following the audit procedure, the certification authority experts offered their recommendations on further improvements in the company’s quality management system. Besides, the company will undergo a re-certification audit procedure next year.
