October 16, 2013. Sinara Development (a division of Sinara Group) took part in the international commercial estate and innovations exhibition called EXPO Real-2013 that was held in early October in Munich's largest exhibition facility, the company's press service reports.

A layout of Bukatin Lug residential district was presented as one of the most promising among the multi-faceted area development projects in Volgograd Region. This is a public-private partnership that provides for the construction of low-rise apartment buildings, cottages, and town houses (total area over 200,000 sq m) in the allotment of 67 hectares. The new district will also get a developed social infrastructure. This has been estimated to require about 10bn RUR.

Russia's Regional Development Minister Igor Slyunayev paid a visit to Volgograd Region's stand and spoke very highly of the scale and the social significance of the future site. Governor of Volgograd Region Sergey Bozhenov spoke about the measures the region's government was taking to support the local building industry, to create propitious conditions for the investors, and to put up affordable housing.
