TMK to pay 2.194bn RUR in dividends

June 27, 2013. Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) is going to pay a dividend of 2.194bn RUR for the year 2012.
According to the company’s press service, this was the decision taken at the annual general meeting in Moscow.
Besides, the meeting resulted in the approval of the annual report and of the annual accounting report for 2012.
