Sverdlovenergosbyt puts legal entities’ debts up to auction

June 18, 2013. Sverdlovenergosbyt is now selling its corporates’ unpaid electricity bills by auction; these debts amount to more than 1.3bn RUR, the electricity provider’s press service reports.
According to Sverdlovenergosbyt, there are 237 contracts with debts running to anything between several hundred thousand rubles and 143m RUR for sale. For one, the supplier is willing to sign agreements to cession of claim involving Ural Independent Heat & Electric Grid Company (142.9m RUR), Tavda Communal Housing Systems (39.8m RUR), Rezh Heat Supply Company (35.3m RUR), Kushva Mill Roll Plant (33.4m RUR), Bilimbayevsky Mine (22.4m RUR), Asia Holding (20.9m RUR), Yuzhnoye Communal Housing Services Enterprise (19m RUR), and other legal entities.
‘Sverdlovenergosbyt can prove that the said contractors’ debts do exist: this is proved by the necessary original documents, the debts have not been paid by the debtors of their own free will, and the reclamation deadline has not been missed yet,’ the company’s press service says.
