Uralvagonzavod employees receive state awards

June 11, 2013. Nine employees of Uralvagonzavod, the head plant of Uralvagonzavod Scientific & Production Corporation, and three representatives of Ural Transport Machine-Building Design Office (a corporation member enterprise as well) were given the Russian Federation’s supreme state awards. The awards for their outstanding work achievements were given out by Plenipotentiary Representative of Russian Federation President in Ural Federal District Igor Kholmanskikh in the course of a solemn ceremony in his official residence in Yekaterinburg, Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s press service reports.
Orders and decorations were awarded to the workers under the Russian President Vladimir Putin’s Decree 225 ‘On Giving out Russian Federation State Awards’ dated March 19, 2013.
For one, copper-smith from Uralvagonzavod Department 2 Valeriy Gioyev was given the title of Russia’s Deserved Machine-Builder.
