May 23, 2013. Monetny Crushed Stone Plant State Unitary Enterprise decided not to sell Channel 4 TV Company; a document to this extent has been uploaded onto the company’s website.
‘The auction organizer, Monetny Crushed Stone Plant Sverdlovsk Region State Unitary Enterprise is announcing that it decided not to hold an open tender for the right to sign a purchase and sale contract for Sverdlovsk Region’s property, namely, a 100% shareholding in the authorized capital of Channel 4 TV Company LLC,’ the document signed by the enterprise Director Alexander Zuyev says.
