Ural Airlines to buy six more aircraft

April 29, 2013. The annual general meeting of Ural Airlines shareholders took place on April 25. The agenda of the meeting covered points such as deciding on the members of the Board of Directors, approving the company’s annual report for 2012 and of the accounting report, distribution of profit at the end of the financial year, approval of related party transactions, and so on, the airline’s press service reports.
The year 2012 was quite special in that there emerged a number of positive factors that ensured an increase in the company’s production output: the number of aircraft the airline operates went up, the flights network expanded, and so did the sales network; also, a number of programs aimed at improving the quality of aircraft servicing and at enhancing flights safety were launched; in addition, a hi tech simulator facility was set up; finally, the company’s personnel proved highly productive and very professional.
In 2012, the airline’s revenues amounted to 23,101,868,000 RUR, its net profit reached 145,382,000 RUR. The dividends for 2012 were declared at the level of 100 RUR per share in accordance with the procedure set out in the company’s Charter and in the Provision on the payment of dividends on Ural Airlines OJSC shares. The dividends were paid in their monetary equivalent.
