April 11, 2013. Sverdlovsk Region’s investment potential was presented to foreign industrial enterprises in the course of Hannover Messe 2013, the international industrial fair, Sverdlovsk Region Government’s Press Service & Information Department reports.
The region’s Vice Premier Alexei Orlov made a report on the area’s impressive socioeconomic development and on the regional authorities’ interest in attracting foreign investors and in providing all kinds of support to the foreign companies that are willing to set up their production facilities on the Urals’ sites.
‘Sverdlovsk Region’s stable financial state is one of the benefits for international business. S&P once again confirmed the bank’s positive credit rating at BB+ in late 2012. This means our region is still a ‘safe haven’ for investors,’ Orlov said.
