March 31, 2013. Ural Airlines launched a new version of its website at www.uralairlines.com. The website design has been changed, the navigation got even easier and more practical, and the structure is now more easily accessible and user-friendly. The new version of the website was devised in close cooperation with the airline’s passengers, some valuable feedback was obtained and taken into consideration (including the one on the desired new functions). For one, all the site users will be able to enjoy the new online store selling Ural Airlines’ branded products in the nearest future, the air carrier’s press service reports.
The airline’s website is a server that offers a lot of useful information and a wide range of services. It should be noted that more than 400,000 users click on the website every month, and 30% of al the tickets actually get booked online. In fact, this way of purchasing one’s plane tickets means the customer doesn’t have to pay the agency fees.
As soon as this spring, Ural Airlines will completely switch to a new system, Amadeus, which will offer some new functions to passengers. For example, customers will now be able to create the best route for their journey that will consider all the flights operated by code-sharing partners, and to plan logistically complicated trips.
