SinTZ Puts Up Training Ground for Staff

December 28, 2012. Sinara Pipe Plant/SinTZ (a member of Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK)), is now putting up the first section of a training ground for the Personnel Training & Development Center. The ground is located on the industrial site of the B-3 pipe finishing shop, TMK press service reports.
This is a part of Sverdlovsk Region continuous professional development program for 2011-2015. The project on setting up a training ground is included into Sinara Pipe Plant’s investment program in accordance with the regional Education Ministry and the plant’s cooperation concept.
The project’s key ambitions are to improve the quality of the employees’ professional training and retraining, to enhance the quality of education process, and to create the learning environment that is as much real-life as possible. The training ground will be used for training riggers, crane operators, ferrous metals controllers, metal sorters, pipe-cutters, metal surface defect treatment operators, and automated lines and units engineers.
